1hr interview with 2 members of relevant team. As the role is for a graduate, the interview focused on personality match with the team and interest in the role rather than an intense professional experience quizzing. Interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. Workplace and interview is relatively informal. Following interview, 45min practical quiz to ascertain current skills in GIS/computing.
