I applied online. I interviewed at The Fawcett Society
Interview
Super supportive. Fawcett were clear on expectations. As someone who has been on both sides of the interview table at various points, I felt their process was comprehensive enough to make a clear decision, but light touch enough to recognise candidates are doing this on top of their jobs and other responsibilities; it wasn't unrealistically onerous. I rated that they didn't ask for salary history - which aligns with their own charitable aims of reducing the gender pay gap - I also really rated that they shared interview questions in advance. They recognised the value of candidates being able to prepare with tangible examples prepared to discuss.
