The interviewers were friendly, professional, and very accommodating, which helped ease any initial nerves.
The questions asked were simple yet relevant, aimed at assessing core accounting knowledge and basic understanding of industry principles. The focus was more on gauging a candidate’s foundational knowledge and approach rather than technical intricacies. It felt more like a conversation than a rigorous test, which allowed me to elaborate on my experiences and skills comfortably.
To prepare, I would recommend brushing up on essential accounting principles, as well as revisiting any basic concepts that might relate to the role. Knowing fundamental accounting practices and general financial concepts should suffice, as
