Interview
Easy process with a relaxed interview and a session with another care navigator to get a feel for the role. There was also a short test prior to the interview.

Interview
Had such a pleasant interview. Probably the most laid back interview I’ve ever had. Very chatty and just getting to know me and my previous experience. Just a very informal, positive chat. Discussions about what the role would involve.
