The Guardian interview questions

Had a remote interview with two interviewers over Zoom. I was asked to prepare ideas, which I brought to the interview. They told me while my experience was relevant to the role offered, but they felt it was overall not quite what they were looking for and declined to elaborate further when I asked for feedback.

I had multiple interviews and had to do an unpaid edit test of 90 minutes. The interviews were long. All communication done through HR. People were nice, but big gaps in between steps for the interview process. Entire thing took several months.
