An unusual experience! I was contacted directly by the hiring manager after applying for a separate role and invited in to discuss this position. The interview itself lasted an hour and a half and felt positive. At the end I was told a second interview would be arranged the following week to meet other members of the team, and if that went well I would then meet with the founder. At the end the hiring manager brought me to see the office and introduced me to one of the employees who this role would work with. They followed up with me to ask me my thoughts on the role the next day to which I replied with a few questions (day to day expectations, comp etc). Despite following up several times over the following weeks to understand when this second meeting would take place, I never received a response.
