When I went for interview I felt as if it was weird, i went to Customer service and told them i was there for an interview they said go to the back and stand by the doors someone will let you in... Well I waited and waited and after that i finally asked someone what to do, they said sit here until she calls you.

Interview
Online interview / pre-screening consisted of basic questions like: what's your experience with technology? When's a time you worked in a team? What's your availability? At the end, they say whether you are fit for an in person interview or not and they will set it up for you
Simple interview with the woman who ran the HR department at our store. Basic behavioral questions and then questions about my availability and work preferences. Overall the interview was very easy and was just there to screen for professional responses.
