Interview
There was a phone interview then a face-2-face. I was asked a few experience questions. They are not looking for people with experience in flooring. They are looking for people who are reliable and we'll mane red who can learn to use a basic cad program fairly quickly.

Virtual process. Very straightforward. One interview with HR, next was with Supervisor over Teams app. I did not have to go in. It took 4 days to get back to me.

Interview
Easy. Basic questions. They hire anyone. Super chill. Nothing to be nervous about. Just be yourself and you’re good. Managers are easy to talk to, always remember they’re just people like you nothing intimidating about them.

Interview
Very comfortable and conversational Skype interview with Territory Manager. He was running close to an hour late, but called to ask if I was still interested in having the interview. I was and did not mind waiting. He was very pleasant, polite and considerate. I believe the interviewers have a script or computer program that randomly selects or suggests interview questions based on the job opening. There were no surprise questions. The questions are basic and what you would expect to be asked during an interview. As long as you prepare responses to the basic interview questions, you should do well. My interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. The manager said it was the most comfortable interview he conducted all week, however, it did not result in an offer.
