It was very much focused on competency and hard skills, no personality or soft skills questions at all. Did not feel genuine. No mention on salary during the interview process.
Screening call, then technical test onsite including presentation, R programming, questions on previous work experience and questions on general computational knowledge. The process took around ten days between screening call and offer.
The interview took about 1 month. Panel interview took place online with 3 senior researchers. Did a short presentation which was followed by discussions about my experiences and skills related with the position and the requirement for the role.
