The interview was held in a cafe to set a comfortable environment and was more like a merge of a sales pitch in the interview. It gave me a taste of what I'd be doing when out on the field. My interviewer was very persuasive about the job offer, comparing it to other roles.

Unusual from regular process but a lot more fun and relaxed. Really get you motivated for the role. it was only about 20 minutes initiially then i was brought back in to shadow someone to see what the role would entail.
