I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Kerry Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2023
Interview
The interview process was quick and efficient. I applied for the job after seeing it advertised on a job board. I was then invited to take-part in a series of online assessments. The first assessments included a situational judgement test and a personality questionnaire. I completed both of them in one sitting, and it took me around 40 minutes. After this I was invited to do a video interview, where I had to respond on camera to a series of questions.
