      Ad Operations Specialist Interview

      26 Jul 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Knot Worldwide in May 2022

      Interview

It was definitely a long process. 5 interviews, but It was extremely organized and 100% appropriate. I like that they leveled the interviews because HR did their due diligence to make sure you were a fit before passing you on to a manager. Some companies dont do that and it wastes the time of Management or the employee conducting the interview when they find either the Candidate is not qualified, or the Candidate learns the position may not be what they thought, and it essentially wastes their time as well. I liked the interview process. I learned every level of what will be expected of me, met the key team members I will work with, and I was able to determine through the process as it progressed that this was definitely a company and team I wanted to work with. The knot blew other companies out of the water. Their contact was clear and concise, I didnt have to wait too long from one interview to the next everything flowed well. The ad ops math test was great, made me (as the candidate) even more confident this role was for me. HR should be proud.
