The Media Captain interview questions

Got an interview request to interview with the Founder. Arranged my schedule to be available then last minute interviewed with the Admin person I would have preferred talking to someone that actually does the hiring because taking to the Admin person was weird to me. I would have preferred to reschedule but I played along and never heard back.
