Pretty Standard. 2 brief screening calls with Talent Acquisition. In person panel interview. Standard questions. I was taken aback that after having three touch points, including meeting 6 individuals in person, that the rejection letter was a Workday form letter. After such an investment in time from me, it left a lot to be desired and found it poor form.
