I was invited to interview for the Technical Project Manager role and had two separate video conference interviews scheduled. Unfortunately, representatives from The Nationwide Group failed to show up for either scheduled meeting. On both occasions, I joined the meeting on time and waited, but no one connected. This repeated lack of attendance and proactive communication regarding the no-shows ultimately led me to withdraw my application.
