For the interview you will go in for an interview with questions and conversations about training philosophy, if you get called back back for the second interview you will demonstrate coaching skill by leading one of the speed classes

Not a super formal interview. They tried to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Explained all of the duties and background behind the facility. The questions were to the point and were not meant to catch you off guard.
