You will start off by interviewing with the operations director. He will start by telling you the pay, benefits, and what is expected. Don't ask him questions about ABA because he will not know the answers. He seems to know very little about the field he works in. You will then interview with one or both of the BCBAs. They like you to have experience in the field but it is not required. Be prepared for them to act very differently during the interview process than they actually do if you get hired. They will also make the benefits sound wonderful when they are actually horrible.
