Fair interview over the phone. Basic questions were asked I felt supported and heard. I was not pushes to make a decision or to accept a position. My agent asked about my previous work experience and what area of the country I'd like to work in.

Zoom interview and phone call precede meeting. Subsequent emails seek second round. Willing to discuss role, hours, reimbursement, benefits, and other queries openly and receptively during interactions.
The interview consisted of questions and you were asked to share about yourself. Your resume was also used as reference and you were asked to share your experience and to expand on it. You were asked about the takeaways from each clinical experience and if you are interested in any particular populations.
