1st you schedule a 30 mins call with the recruiter to go through the job specs and your motivations. At the second stage, you're invited to an on-site panel interview sessions with 4 team members (30 mins each) where they ask you behavioural questions. Everyone seemed very enthusiastic and happy to be there. If successful, the last third stage is a presentation in front of the directors. Overall one of the best interview experiences I've ever had. Although I wasn't selected to go to the final stage, the recruiter called me to provide feedback what didn't go so well, so I know what I need to improve in the future. Left with a very positive feelings about the company and its culture.
