I applied online. I interviewed at The Turn Lab (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Good conversations over the course of a few interviews. Then they used a personality test platform, after which they stated that I wasn't a good fit based on that. Which made me think "why did we have those interviews?"

Question 1
What inspires you? What kind of a team member are you?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Turn Lab
Interview
Submitted application through their website. Overall pretty straightforward. Got an email to schedule a phone call about a week after. Replied with a couple of times that could work for me. The only downside was that they were not very responsive after this. They replied about 6 days later with a time that worked for them for phone call. This is fine, just be mindful of applicant's time too. A lot of us already have full time jobs, and it's just polite to give some notice.
Never heard back from them after, which of course I assume just wasn't a match. My only concern with this is that if you have someone make time out of their schedule to have a 30 minute call with you, the least you could do is send a generic "Thanks, but no thanks" email.
I understand not being able to respond to every applicant who submits an application. But when you ask them to make time for you, it's only right. Let's improve the interview process for our generation and those to come.

Question 1
This was pretty much a screening call, there were questions like:
"Tell us about yourself"
"Why do you want to work here"
"What do you know about our company"
Not a bad experience, they were very nice and polite on the call.
