The final stage of the interview process, with the founder, felt like a poorly-conducted therapy session, asking very probing questions and then blaming or critiquing the response on the spot. Walked away feeling disappointed, vulnerable, and incompetent.
There were a lot of interview steps involved in general, all for a position which isn't compensated or even legally classified as fulltime (billing via freelance status), but which requires you to be at the office on a fulltime basis (using your own computer) and working under a clear system of hierarchy (supervisor/subordinate relationships).
