Interview
Applied online, shortly after deadline received an email inviting to an interview. The interview consisted of group presentation and individual interview.
With group presentations you have to creatively present a topic in groups of 5 or 6 and everyone needs to speak. Topics are quite general and easy so there is no need to stress about it.
Disappointing, individual interview are only 10 minutes long and you get asked only three questions. None of the questions are directly related to your work experience or skills but try to talk about it while answering them anyway.
In the end it felt like they invited too many people for interview yet still ended up employing people who have already worked or volunteered there.
