The Youth Group interview questions

Basically I have received an email from the CEO over the weekend without my name on it. So you know already he didn't have the education to check the names of all candidates. Asking three questions.. After you answer them you get a new email from him sending you a link to do a task in less than 90minutes on a Sunday morning, seriously? Without saying anything about the salary expectations and more details about the job offer. Then when you click the link you find a lot of other names looking around the file so you realise that the link is for many candidates. Some kind of unpaid competition and we are talking about an UK company that cares about young people finding work. Am I missing something here??! You do the task, on your resting Sunday and never get back any reply not even a thanks. Still I don't know how companies can trust these guys. No manners, no professionalism, no trust.

I was told it was unpaid job after I asked, which was shocking as the Ceo talks lots about being open with salaries on his Linkedin as well as paying interns.
