The first interview was a phone screen with the recruiter. It was about a 15-20 minute phone call. At the end I was informed notes would be shared to the hiring team and I would hear next steps in 24-48 hours.

everything on Glassdoor is true. They schedule a video call with you, don’t show up, then call you ten minutes after the interview time. The recruiter can’t answer any questions about the company at all, you get set up for another interview and then are told the position has been filled. I’ve worked in Senior Living for close to 25 years and am a VPO and I have never been through a worse recruiting process before.
