I saw a post on LinkedIn stating that they were hiring so I contacted the HR on LinkedIn. He asked for my resume and contacted me 1 week later via email. I didn't get any brief call or information about the role and he directly scheduled a 1 hr interview with the Lead Robotics Engineer. The interviewer asked me about my projects for the first 20 mins followed by some technical questions and then invested the last 15 mins in behavioral questions. The interviewer was nice to talk to and the interview went pretty well. I didn't recieve any update for a week so I mailed the recruiter and I recieved no replies at all. I was totally GHOSTED by the recruiter.
