Met with the CEO and was able to view the company structure and work environment in action. I was also introduced to all the members of upper management. It was a very open and creative setting.
Review of background experience and whether it was a good fit. The company uses scrum to process work unlike many accounting firms. There were scheduled meetings with various people who asked questions on what I had done in the past. A few technical questions were asked but it was focused on my background and experience.
