One on one interview. Was very relaxed. Got asked typical questions such as working in teams and would I rather do big tasks first and then small ones or the other way around. Asked about myself, my interests. Previous work experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thorntons (UK)
Interview
Started off with a group interview. Everyone was asked to introduce themselves and then put into two groups. Played two truths one lie as team against team. Everyone was then given different scenarios to buy gifts for, had to go to the store and pick out products and justify your choice. Was asked back for a solo interview. Got a phone call about a week later offering me a job at a different store than I applied for.
Went into the office, was met by the manager and assistant manager and offered water before the interview started. The whole interview only took around 30 minutes, and I was offered the position immediately after finishing the interview.
