I felt my experience and creative background aligned strongly with the role, so the outcome was disappointing after the amount of time invested. Shortly after the process ended, the position appeared to be advertised again, which added to the confusion. In addition, greater transparency around salary expectations earlier in the process would have been appreciated, as compensation details were not clearly communicated in the job listing. ThruDark is a visually strong and ambitious brand, but the recruitment experience could benefit from clearer communication, faster decision-making, and more consideration for candidates’ time.
