Very straightforward and good follow up. Process started with a recruiter call for 30 minutes Then a hiring manager interview for 30 minutes. Followed by a team competency-based interview (3 people). Fourth stage was with the VP and another member of the team. Nice team and I enjoyed the session.

Interview
i went through 3 rounds along with one email assessment. Recruiter was approachable and since they were in need to close the role, the entire interview process was closed in a week with every round being scheduled on alternate days.

They contacted me for an interview after my LinkedIn application. Made it through the first stage and was assigned a task to complete for next stage and never heard back from except saying the position has been filled. Had two internal interviewers contacting me asking for the same take home task and both were confused at who was handling my process.

u have joined Tide as the new operations manager. As part of the payments team, you set up new operational processes to track payments in/out, process refunds, reduce fraud, set up limits… During your first week, we identify that our partner bank is unable to process payments coming from XYZ Bank. This means that our clients cannot receive payments in from their customers using XYZ Bank. We did some root cause investigation and noticed that XYZ Bank includes a specific tag in their payments that our banking partner engine cannot process
