There were in total 5 exhaustive rounds of interviews.
1st telephonic call with talent acquisition team member to initial screening
2nd with other agile leads that thoroughly tests the agile and scrum knowledge
3rd with Delivery lead
4th with other teams to get to know other teams better
5th and final one with Head of Agile.
Although I successfully completed all five rounds of interviews, I was disappointed with the HR department's delayed feedback. Despite my attempts to follow up with them regularly, they eventually stopped responding altogether. It was only after I reached out to one of my references that I received feedback from HR, which informed me that the position was currently on hold. This is confusing, as the job listing is still active on LinkedIn. I believe that it is important for companies to show respect for candidates' time by providing prompt and comprehensive feedback. If the answer is no, then that should be clearly communicated, especially after a candidate has gone through such an extensive interview process. Nonetheless, I appreciated the kindness and sincerity of the people I met during the interview process, and I remained optimistic in my job search. Ultimately I was able to secure another job.
