Tiger Mist interview questions

had an online interview, went for about 25-30 mins, was general interview questions about my current role and my experience and then behavioural questions and questions about my future career goals, I sent a follow up email a couple weeks after the interview and they said they’re still finalising first round interviews and will hopefully update me the following week, now it’s been 2 months since my first interview and I haven’t heard a single thing. I found it disappointing that I did not receive any communication regarding the status of my application after the first round. It would have been helpful to receive an update, regardless of the outcome, as it reflects positively on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and effort. Treating candidates with transparency and respect is crucial, regardless of Tiger Mists's popularity in the industry. Constructive feedback helps candidates improve and maintain a positive perception of the company.
