Had an interview over zoom and then a 4 hour in person interview at the office. In the office they asked a lot of riddles, quizzed about various engineering principles and tasks, and then had me complete a design challenge. They did not warn me I’d be required to complete these tests prior to coming in, simply called it an in person meeting with the CEO
