Applied online on Thursday. Was sent an email on Friday scheduling a video call for the next week. Was sent another email at 6:30 pm on Friday night saying I had 24 hours (!) to complete a 2-hour HackerRank online assessment consisting of 4 questions. Sending out a 2-hour online assessment on Friday night that needs to be completed by Saturday night is incredibly disrespectful of a candidate's time. I declined to take the online assessment figuring that if they are this demanding of the time of prospective employees, they would likely be much worse to an actual employee.
