Interview
They firstly mistaken the language I applied for... Went through 4 interviews. I don't personally see the need for all this. Last interviewer was very rude. I never felt so misjudged and inferior. He made sure to make me feel uncomfortable. They never disclosed the start date, even after receiving a "positive feedback" from last interviewer, but that didn't meant they wanted to offer me the job??? In a surprise call, after a month, they couldn't reach me as I was away on holidays (I think I am allowed to take holidays), and after that I received an email dismissing me for good. Very sad for a company with good reputation in Ireland. If there is any good still.

Interview
The recruiter initially reached out but then completely ghosted me. It’s been really hard to even land an interview with them, despite being a former employee. Honestly, I’m not sure what my ex manager might’ve written in the system..maybe flagged me or something like that. From what I can tell, they seem way more interested in referrals. If you don’t have one, it’s just really tough to get through the door. Kindly review your hiring system again
