3 stages - HR Screening - Interview with Team Lead and then interview with department head. Last stage is a final culture talk with the HR Team. Then the hiring decision is made

How do you feel you can contribute to the sales team?
Interview process: recruiter call, meet the hiring manager, complete a case study presentation, participate in a panel interview, and then receive a final decision: either an offer or no offer.

Interview
The interviews felt very disconnected, felt like the interviewers came with a bias and never showed interest in listening to my responses. I was very displeased with the experience. Had 2 rounds - 1st with a Client Partner, 2nd with the HM.
