the process of an intern position would be through 3 rounds of interviews. I got in to the first round and am waiting to go to the second round next week. The whole process will take about 2 weeks

Question 1
The first interview is very short. You talk with an HR member, who will ask you to introduce yourself, ask how you understand the job description, ask what do you know about tiktok, and why do you want to work here.
Overall the HR interview session went well. Although i have 1 reschedule interview because the interviewer did not show up. But the overall experience is good. I am still waiting for the next interview schedule
