I applied online. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2019
Interview
Just an on-site interview with the manager of the branch. The manager was very friendly as they needed someone to start working ASAP. He actually gave me a free coffee and we ate donuts as he interviewed me. Overall a very pleasant experience. Could not accept offer as I was hired at a different job.
Great interview. It was a bit challenging but you have to show that you are wiling to learn and want to help. It was very awesome. Make sure you bring your best self to the interview. Good luck!
