I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Calgary, AB)
Interview
I handed my resume in person at the store and I got a phone call for interview later on.
It was quite easy. I was asked about my availability and customer experience. The manager looked a little busy at the time so it ended up a short interview than I expected. But I got a phone call a couple days later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When are you able to work ?
What was the reason you applied this job?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tim Hortons in Sept 2022
Interview
Not much of an interview when I went. Short and easy, basic questions that are easy to answer based on character. Make sure to be prepared beforehand, since you don't know how easy or hard it may be at your designated area.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2015
Interview
Filled out an application online, got a phone call two days later and set up an interview. The process took about 6 days. It was extremely professional, interview was held in English surprisingly. My interviewer basically implied I had the job, and asked me questions about if I had experience, if I was flexible (with hours), why I wanted to work at Tim Horton's, etc.
