I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ting (India) (Mumbai) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process with Ting was very seamless and I was very comfortable speaking to the team, no matter the role they held at the company. Felt like it was a easy flowing conversation more than an interview.

Question 1
Tell us about your previous work and how did it help you grow as an individual in client servicing.
I'm not an employee but thought it's important to share this with everyone. HR komal from Ting confirmed the date and time of the interview for the role of an Account Manager and then forgot about it. A day before the interview I called many times to get the exact location of the office but she didn't care to respond. On the day of interview I dropped her a msg stating that I have started from my place which is in Navi Mumbai and would take 2 hrs to reach the office and that I needed her guidance for the location. HR komal then immediately called back and told that the interview has been cancelled and someone has been finalized for that position. Upon asking why was I not informed about it she lied that she tried calling me. Because clearly there was no response to my msgs and calls. How unprofessional of the HR. I wonder how ting works and what's there culture like. If the HR is so unprofessional then how the agency would be?
