Titan Recruitment (UK) interview questions

Interviewer didn't turn up, interviewed by another member of staff. The interview itself went well and I was offered the job on the phone to then receive no further contact. When I eventually got through I was told they had other candidates to see and they would let me know - no acknowledgement that I'd already been offered the position.
