Tochka Bank interview questions

The vacancy was looking for a middle react developer. We had a 15-minute interview with HR. After the interview in a couple of days we agreed on a second call with HR, where she said that I was rejected, because now they are looking for a middle+/senior developer with knowledge of angular, rxjs. This absolutely does not meet the requirements in the vacancy, plus my candidacy could have been eliminated at the stage of reviewing the resume, it's not clear why I had to schedule an interview with HR.
