The first interview was virtual and was conducted by the lead controller and accounting manager. They were very polite and invited me to a second in person interview. This was with the Lead controller and Vice President of Finance. Although I felt the interview went well, they did not follow up with me about the role. I attempted to contact the HR team but never received a reply.

The dialogue was not just an exchange of questions and answers; it was a deep dive into my background, skills, and aspirations, reflecting the team's genuine interest in finding the perfect fit for their dynamic organization.
The team's approach was refreshing, maintaining a conversational tone throughout. This not only made the interview process more engaging but also allowed me to showcase my personality and passion for the cannabis industry in a comfortable setting. It's evident that TS values the holistic perspective of its potential team members.
The myriad of questions delving into my background underscored the team's dedication to understanding the unique experiences and expertise each candidate brings to the table. It wasn't just about skills; it was about how those skills could contribute to the collective success of TS.
