Cool, been there, ready, it went shoothly, got promotion on the spot, $57k a year, delivered a meeting with my director, then left, my car is Tesla so it driven me on its own to another interview where I got a good time and offered $65k
A great interview feels natural, showcases confidence, highlights experience clearly, builds real rapport, answers flow smoothly, questions show curiosity, and both sides leave excited, informed, and genuinely optimistic about working together.
It was a bit awkward, very unprofessional and unproductive questions. Became almost child-like and the first impression was not the best, overall. The process was fine though, very swift, and very easy to access.
