TopFire Media interview questions

The interview process is casual, but thorough! You will go over the highlights of your career and resume. The owner will spend some time telling you about the company and asking about your current goals to see if you are a fit. You may have a second interview with other staff members in your department. I had two interviews and found them both very enjoyable. It was almost like having coffee with friends. It's fun interviewing with these folks even if you don't get the job.

I interviewed and was told I would be a great fit for about 3 different positions. That was a red flag. Then I was invited in for a second interview where I met with the team. About 8 people interviewed me for at least an hour. They invited me to ask questions too which was nice. However, their answers about their client base made me wonder why they were supposedly hiring for 3 positions.
