Very long process and a lot of red flags. First is a screening interview through video and if successful an unpaid shadow shift with the cosmetic coordinator who is very obviously overwhelmed by the workload and therefore not able to properly train. You’re asked for references and they will conduct a background check including a credit report with credit score because apparently an inadequate credit score would make you untrustworthy. Next steps would have been a panel interview immediately after the shadow shift with the dermatologists and manager which they don’t warn you about ahead of time - I was expected to stick around after the shadow shift without warning which shows they don’t value your time. From the shadow shift it was apparent they are extremely understaffed as the Medical aesthetician’s are begrudgingly taking on receptionist duties to help and some of them have a lot of attitude. Explains why so many google reviews mention they don’t answer phones and there’s long wait times. Manager just sits in her office and is condescending. Didn’t complete the interview process as my experience was so horrendous. My advice to the manager and company is to adjust your hiring process, you’re asking for too much and compensating too little. Get real
