I was invited to the interview by the owner of the business. The interview wasn't hard or stressful at all, and it was fast. The interviewer was very nice and friendly but serious. He asked questions looking at my resume first and then asked what were my expectations about the job. At the end I was able to ask him questions about the working conditions in the company.
