Interview
After submitted my resume from a intra-company referral, I was contact to set up a phone interview. There was only one round of interviews, and since I was in Kentucky and they were in California, I had a phone interview. I was interviewed by 2 design engineering managers who I ended up not working under, but for a department near them.

Question 1
Toyota uses the STAR system for all of their interviews. STAR is an acronym for Situation, Task, Action, and Result. They will ask you about a problem or a project you have encountered and how you worked through the problem and explaining your actions and how they followed the STAR format.
