- Applied for a developer role - Got a reply 4 MONTHS later, asking to complete a 1hr coding test. No explanation for the lateness, no invitation for an initial phone screening to update me on the role or answer any questions i have. - Reluctantly took time out of my work schedule to complete the test. - 5 weeks later and no response. There a plenty of better software roles out there, so don't waste your time applying for roles at Trackman.

More like a friendly conversation. Took 2 hours in total. First part was about my experience and approach to software problems, then a discussion about a new feature implementation, and finally a review of their codebase.
