The interview was taken by the HR and operations manager and another senior operations staff member. I session went pretty smooth. Therefore, I came out of their depot office with a confidence and smile in my face. However, the meeting was taken earlier in 2025 (Feb/March) but no feedback was given. I had to send an email to the First Tram Operations general enquiry to find out an update. They simply replied saying unsuccessful on this occasion. I was gobsmacked. How the employer managed to jump into the conclusion? How well did I do and what they expected of me? Where was the lacking so that I can assess the 'Opportunities to improve' in my future job search? Nope! Nothing was provided. Then guess what! Another two and half months' later, they reposted the same job again with the same job description. Of course they couldn't attract the right candidates. Not surprised.
