Initial interview was via e-mail and then I was directed to the on-line skills assessment tests. After completing them, I heard nothing at all. I wrote an e-mail asking if there was any word. I was told the job was offered to me and they would get in contact with me. The next day, telephone conference to go over benefits, pay scale, work types, etc. I asked to think about it for a day and decided that evening I wanted the job and emailed the same to them. It's been 2 days now. Heard nothing yet.
